The pcl. State Performance Index Report - 2023
The 2023 edition of the pcl. State Performance Index (pSPI) highlights the vital role of states in shaping Nigeria’s development, recognising that national progress depends on sub-national performance. Since 2018, the pSPI has provided a holistic, data-driven assessment of state-level governance, combining quantitative indicators with citizen perceptions, 6,096 voices in the 2023 report alone.
